"People work together at Holander House to provide the best possible quality of life in long-term care. Following a brain aneurysm, my brother was admitted to other facilities that did not provide the quality of care expected. In September 1999, he became a resident at Holander House. His care began immediately upon admission with speech, occupational and physical therapy. Today, Philip is still a resident at Holander House and no longer requires therapy. He walks independently with a walker. He also washes and dresses himself with very little assistance. He participates daily in activities of the facility and is well known by staff and residents. It's been the combined effort of all of the staff at Holander House that has helped Philip regain his independence. My grandmother was also a resident at Holander House and received the same quality of care. I am proud to be a part of the staff and family at Holander House."
